Landing Pages for Short Term Goals in 2019
Landing pages are standalone web pages that your contacts or potential contacts can “land” on when they click through from an email, ad, or other digital location. Marketers typically use landing pages to achieve specific, short-term goals. For example, you might create a landing page to promote a limited-time offer or sell a specific product.
All landing pages you publish are live on the web and have a unique URL, so you can share them and use them in your other campaigns and marketing materials.
Use Landing Pages with Other Campaigns
Landing pages are versatile so you can pair them with other campaigns to target contacts in all phases of your marketing plan. When you publish a signup landing page, we’ll generate an automated welcome email and an ad for you to review, or you can create an ad with a call-to-action button linked to your landing page.
Copy your landing page URLs and share them on any social media platform to drive traffic to your page.
Welcome New Subscribers
When someone signs up for email marketing from your landing page, use an automated email to welcome them and introduce yourself.
If you use a signup page landing page template, we’ll draft an automated welcome email for you right after you publish.
This option is similar to a Facebook or Instagram ad you create from scratch, but it works a little differently.
After you publish your landing page, you’ll be able to review and edit the ad’s budget, audience, and content. You can change the picture, but the carousel format is not available. The ad is designed to get more visits to your signup landing page, so the URL is not editable.
When you choose your audience, keep in mind that we won’t show this ad to any of your existing email contacts. We recommend choosing an audience of new people who are similar to your contacts, or similar to people who have liked your Facebook Page or visited your website.
Your landing page signup ad will be available to run as long as your landing page is published.
